Your care plan
During your first check-up with the midwife, you will be given a folder with your care plan.
It is a list where you can find everything you need to know about examinations during pregnancy, about education and information, and a list of what you need to arrange during your pregnancy.
Take the card with you every pregnancy check-up, not only to the midwife but also when you go to the gynaecologist in hospital. This will enable all healthcare providers to keep track of whether you have been provided with all the information.
